How do I activate the theme?
After purchasing a theme from APKTemplates, you will receive an email with your license key. Copy the key and paste it into the theme activation field.
Where do I enter the license key?
First install the theme, then go to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Theme Name > License in the left sidebar. Paste your license key there and save. Note that the exact location may differ between theme versions.
How do I change the logo, banner, footer text, and advertisements?
Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Panel. You will find all customization options there. Click each option to update texts and images. Older and newer theme versions may have different panel layouts, so check your theme documentation if an option appears to be in a different location.
Why can't APK files be extracted from Google Play?
Google Play Store restricts access to their APK database, so scraping APK files directly is not possible. If you want to upload APK files to your site, use Google Drive or Dropbox to host them and link from there.
Why is star rating not working automatically?
Star ratings and vote counts are pulled automatically from the Play Store extractor. We intentionally avoid third party plugins to keep things lightweight. You can also add ratings manually on each post, though manually added ratings do not affect SEO.
Why are some features missing?
Our themes are built specifically for WordPress and designed to be easy to use for everyone. We replicate around 90% of the design and functionality from popular APK sites. Some features like star ratings and dynamic category lists simply do not translate well to WordPress, but the core design and SEO structure are fully covered.

Do your theme files contain viruses or malware?
No. Our themes contain only design and functionality code. Every package is scanned with an antivirus tool before delivery. Theme packages are also kept under 1.5MB since we do not include unnecessary code.
Why is my site loading slowly?
Our themes are built with minified, optimized code. If your site is slow, the issue is almost always server response time. Consider switching to a VPS or dedicated server, using optimized images, or connecting a CDN. A caching plugin can also help significantly.
Why is my site not ranking after installing the theme?
New sites generally take around 2 months to start ranking. If your site was already ranking before you switched themes, allow about 2 weeks for Google to re-index the updated structure. Rankings will stabilize and improve from there.
Google PageSpeed shows a low score. What should I do?
Check your hosting response time, enable a caching plugin, or connect a CDN. The theme itself is optimized, so slow scores are usually tied to the server or unoptimized media files.
Can I get the theme for free?
No. Our themes are premium products and are priced accordingly.
