This license governs how you may use WordPress themes purchased from APKTemplates. By purchasing any theme, you agree to the terms below.
What You Get
Every purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on the number of websites specified in your plan. You own the license but not the theme itself. APKTemplates retains all rights to the theme code and design.

What You Can Do
Install and use the theme on the number of websites your plan allows
Customize the theme design and code for your own sites
Use the theme on client sites within your website limit
Receive updates for the duration specified in your plan
What You Cannot Do
Install the theme on more websites than your plan allows
Resell, redistribute, or share the theme files with anyone
Give away or transfer your license to another person
Use the theme to create and sell themes or templates to others
Upload the theme to any marketplace or file sharing platform
Updates
Updates are available for the period specified in your plan from the date of purchase. After your update period ends your theme will continue to work but you will not receive new features or bug fixes unless you renew your license.
Support
All plans include free setup help. Professional support is available on Premium and Elite plans. Priority support is available on Elite plan only. Support covers theme related issues only and does not include third party plugin conflicts or custom development requests.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for details.
License Transfers
Licenses are non-transferable. You cannot sell or give your license to another person or business.
Termination
APKTemplates reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination you must remove the theme from all websites where it is installed.
