At APKTemplates, we sell digital products. Because themes are delivered instantly and cannot be returned like a physical item, we have a straightforward policy that we try to keep as fair as possible for both sides.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and the theme files are delivered, we are unable to process a cancellation. If you placed an order by mistake and have not yet downloaded or accessed the files, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
The theme has a technical issue that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time after you report it.
The files were not delivered after a successful payment.
The product you received is significantly different from what was described or shown on the demo.
We do not offer refunds for reasons like change of mind, buying the wrong plan, or incompatibility with third party plugins that are outside the scope of our theme.
