Just create a Page and give it to a name as your wish.
Look at the right box select template to FAQ page template and then publish it.
Display FAQ menu In the header
Go to customize >> AN1 theme panel >> Header Menu >> FAQ Menu Link
Paste your FAQ page link then publish it.
